    To be eligible for a refund, all components must be undamaged and in proper working order.
  2. Return Request Process:
    To initiate a return, please submit a return request form at the bottom of this page. The request must be made within 30 days from the date the WaverBed was originally shipped to the customer.
  3. Notification to Company:
    Upon submission of the return request, our system will automatically notify the appropriate staff via the linked company email.
  4. Product Information:
    Please have your WaverBed product number, located above the barcode on the components, available when processing the return. This information helps us link the product to your customer details.
  5. Return Shipping Label:
    Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be mailed to you at no cost. Please affix the label securely to the packaging.
  6. Return Process Time:
    Allow for up to 14 days from the time the product is shipped back to WaverBed for returns to be processed. We appreciate your patience during this period.
  7. Refund Process:
    Refunds will be issued once WaverBed has received the components and packaging and confirmed that they are undamaged. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
  8. Shipping Costs:
    There are no shipping costs associated with returns. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers.
  9. Money Back Guarantee Limitations:
