WaverBed, hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer," warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the WaverBed product, hereinafter referred to as the "Product," is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers both parts and labor, and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Conditions:

Proof of Purchase: The Purchaser must provide a valid proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the name of the authorized WaverBed retailer.

Proper Use: This warranty applies to the Product when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

Notification of Defects: Any defects or issues covered by this warranty must be reported to the Manufacturer within 14 days of discovering the defect. Failure to report defects within this timeframe may result in the denial of warranty claims.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to changes in mattress firmness, minor cosmetic defects, or damage caused by factors beyond the Manufacturer's control, such as natural disasters.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact the WaverBed via return request on WaverBed website. The Purchaser may be required to provide photographic evidence of the alleged defect and/or return the defective Product, at the Manufacturer's discretion.

If the Manufacturer determines that the Product is covered by this warranty, the Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished unit. If the Product has been discontinued or is no longer available, the Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute a comparable product.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or any other damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state or country in which the Product was purchased.

Additional Rights:

This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
